Grace MacInnis Co-operative Inc. provides housing for low- to mid-income families and individuals. Situated at 561-575 Church Street and 96 Gloucester Street, the apartments consist of 9 bachelor units, 8 one bedroom units, 12 two bedroom units, 2 three bedroom units, and 1 four bedroom unit. Housing charges include utilities - heat, hydro, and water. A limited number of parking spaces are also available with an additional fee paid monthly.

Our neighbourhood is a predominantaly LGBTQ area which is host to a number of diverse festivals that reflect our community. Public transportation, schools, churches, parks and shopping centres are all within a short distance.

A volunteer Board of Directors and a part-time staff employee help manage our co-op. Our members sit on a variety of committees to help ensure our co-op is running efficiently. Full participation (minimum of 4 volunteer hours per month) from all members is expected including attendance at General Member Meetings.
